I created this resources page to share with you the websites and products I use and love! This way you can quickly access all of the tools you need to get started on your own weight loss journey. This page will save you so much time and effort trying to find the best resources, since they’re all right here.
NOTE: There are some affiliate links below, but these are all products I highly recommend. I won’t put anything on this page that I haven’t verified and/or personally used.
K-Deer: Such cute leggings! They are definitely worth the money. The leggings are very colorful and have such beautiful prints. Definitely for women who want to stand out while they workout (didn’t mean to rhyme lol!). No outside seam = no camel toe! Click here to see my favorite pair of K-Deer leggings.
ASICS Sneakers: Great sneakers for working out and exercising. They’re very comfy and insulated. I needed shoes that I could workout in but also hike in, and these are great. Just know that you have to size up with these shoes! Usually I’m a 9.5/10 (US size) but they were so tight on me I had to go up to an 11. And they only had up to size 10 in the store so I really recommend ordering online, especially if you have big feet like me. Click here to grab a pair of ASICS sneakers.
Femme Fit: Awesome meal + workout guides for the gym. This is for anyone who is looking to lose weight and build muscle at the same time. These guides are good for beginners, since they link to youtube videos for every exercise in the plan. I recommend starting with the Dream Bod 1 plan. There’s a 30-day money back guarantee! Click here to grab a copy of Femme Fit.
ClassPass: A great membership to get if you’re interested in fitness classes. ClassPass has access to over 10,000 fitness studios across the world, with partnerships in many major cities across the U.S. You’ll save more money getting a ClassPass membership to attend classes each month using credits vs. purchasing them separately. Click here to start using ClassPass today.
eMeals: A great meal planning service so you don’t have to spend all that time coming up with meal ideas for the week. If you pay for a year in advance, it’s only $60. They cater to a wide variety of diets so whether you eat everything, are vegan/vegetarian, paleo, or whatever else, they will have it covered. Click here to start planning your meals with eMeals.
Hello Fresh: This a meal delivery service that will send you fresh ingredients to make your own meals at home. If you’re like me, too lazy to meal plan and bad at cooking, then Hello Fresh is totally for you. What’s great is you can pause and cancel anytime if you’re not feeling it. Click here to start using Hello Fresh.
Caravan Wellness: A membership for overall wellness: nutrition, fitness, meditation, yoga, and so much more! Its a fair price for all the videos you get access to. The best part are the challenges they have, which are a great change from their 200+ regular videos. You can cancel anytime! Click here to grab a 20% discount and a 7-day free trial to 12 months of Caravan Wellness.
OTHER GEAR & EQUIPMENT
My Fitness Pal: By far the best calorie tracker. Helps me keep track of my food intake so I don’t overdo it. In addition to the desktop version, there’s a great mobile app so it’s very convenient for me to just quickly log my meals. You can save your recipes to the app if you want. Plus, it’s free! Click here to start tracking your food intake.
Bathroom Scale: Good to track your weight so you can stay on track. I’ve been using it for a while now and it’s pretty accurate. Not to mention it’s inexpensive 🙂 Click here to check out the bathroom scale I use.
Soft Tape Measure: This is a good tape measure to keep track of body measurements: hips, waist, arms, etc.
